About the Role ✍️
We're looking for a Product Owner to join our R&D team - the engine behind how PredictHQ delivers real-world context, helping power the world's leading businesses make smarter decisions at the moment it counts. Working in structured 6-week cycles alongside data scientists and engineers, you'll sit at the operational heart of how we take product from idea to shipped to adopted.

You'll work in close daily partnership with both our co-founder CTO, and our CDO, who lead product direction. Your job is to interrogate, execute and communicate these decisions with precision - owning the release process end-to-end, bridging R&D and GTM, running internal training when features go live, and making sure our sales, marketing, and solutions teams can confidently talk about what's being built before it ships. This includes reviewing or joining sales calls as needed, helping our customers succeed and finding those insights that ensure we’re building the right thing. Closing that gap is a core reason this role exists.

This is a high-trust, visible role - we've found our market, and we're scaling what works, with no shortage of problems worth solving. You'll be in the room where product decisions are made, working directly alongside the people who shape the direction of PredictHQ's platform and its global impact.

What You'll Do 👇

  • End-to-end project management across each 6-week cycle - from scoping and preparation through to delivery

  • Own the release process for new features: internal documentation, communication timelines, and ensuring every relevant team is informed and ready before anything ships

  • Act as the connective tissue between R&D and GTM - translating what's been built into clear language that sales, marketing, and solutions engineering teams can actually use

  • Run internal training sessions when features go live, helping teams across the business get up to speed quickly and confidently

  • Work closely with the CTO and CDO to maintain alignment on the roadmap and what's coming next

  • Drive alignment across R&D and GTM to ensure a consistent understanding of what's been shipped, what it means, and how to position it

  • Keep cycle documentation organised and accurate - capturing decisions, progress, and outcomes in a way everyone can follow

What You'll Bring 🎯

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager - you've done this before, and you know what good looks like

  • A track record of owning feature releases and driving the internal communication around them

  • Experience working on a technical product, with the confidence to understand complex functionality and explain it to non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, data, and GTM teams - keeping everyone aligned and nothing falling through the gaps

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - that land equally well in a stand-up with engineers, a briefing with the sales team and in front of our customers

  • Comfortable in customer-facing settings - able to join a sales or discovery call and bring back the right insights

  • Comfortable working in close partnership with a strong technical leader - you don't need to own the vision to do excellent work, and you find clarity, not constraint, in that dynamic

Bonus Points

  • Experience in data, AI, or intelligence products

  • Familiarity with structured sprint or cycle-based delivery frameworks

  • Background that spans product and product marketing or enablement

This role may also suit someone coming from a Product Operations, Technical Programme Management, or Delivery Management background who wants to work hands-on in a focused, high-calibre team.
